What kind of measures applied against a person if
he declares commodity by using false documents (false contract,
origin certificate etc)? |
For introducing documents reflecting unreal informations
or documents concerning to other commodities and shipping facilities
to corresponding executive power organ of one of the CIS countries
if it is in less number commodities and shipping
facilities being object of administrative mistake are confiscated
or from thirty percent up to hundred percent penalty of value
of those commodities and shipping facilities are imposed.
